Residential Support Worker
Meet Amy Youds, a compassionate and dedicated Residential Childcare Worker. Amy brings warmth, structure, and trauma-informed insight to every interaction, helping young people feel safe and valued.
Role:
Amy plays a key role in creating a therapeutic, nurturing home environment for the children at Beach House. With a calm and understanding approach, she supports children through emotional regulation, life skills, and building trusting relationships. Amy is particularly passionate about helping children find their voice and build confidence.
Qualifications:
QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare (in progress or complete)
Trained in PACE, PRICE Intervention, Safeguarding, and Trauma-Informed Practice

OUR REFERRAL PROCESS
We welcome referrals for children and young people aged 11–17 who require therapeutic residential care. Whether for emergency, short-term, or long-term placements, our referral process is responsive, transparent, and person-centred.
