Role:
Lisa plays a key role in creating a therapeutic, nurturing home environment for the children at Beach House. With a calm and understanding approach, she supports children through emotional regulation, life skills, and building trusting relationships. Lisa is particularly passionate about helping children find their voice and build confidence.

Qualifications:
QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare (in progress or complete)
Trained in PACE, PRICE Intervention, Safeguarding, and Trauma-Informed Practice
